Refund & Return Policy

At Super Organic Industry, we strive to deliver only high-quality organic products that meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our products and the strict quality control measures in place, refunds and returns are subject to the following terms.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered products.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at superorganicindustry@gmail.com with supporting photos.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened packaging or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items requested for return after 3 days of delivery

Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method or bank account within 7-10 working days.

  • For cash on delivery (COD) orders, you must provide valid bank details for refund processing.

  • We do not offer instant or automatic refunds.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will offer a free replacement, subject to availability.(Picture must be provided)
